01 / The customer journey

The system follows the display space.

Entrances, displays and pause points call for coherent sound distribution. The design considers the customer journey, room proportions and brand positioning.

Music can accompany discreetly or become a recognisable feature. Levels and coverage are defined around the areas actually used.

02 / Listening corner

A visit can become a listening experience.

A corner dedicated to music and Hi-Fi offers a different way to experience showrooms and reception spaces. Seating, speakers, sources and technical furniture are developed together.

The experience connects the product with materials and comfort. Listening position and acoustics guide the configuration, without separating it from the rest of the fit-out.

03 / Integration

Technology finds its own language.

Speakers, amplifiers and audio components can be coordinated with displays, furniture and finishes. Visible solutions create a sculptural presence; recessed and integrated systems maintain a discreet profile.

Cable routes, power supplies, ventilation and technical access are planned with the fit-out team. Components remain manageable after installation.

04 / Audio & content

Music and content, one coordinated experience.

Large displays and audiovisual content can complement music distribution, in relation to the architecture and the way the space presents the brand. The design defines each element’s position and role.

Display zones and dedicated areas can have different controls. Functions are arranged so that staff using the space every day can understand them easily.

05 / Comfort & handover

Quality is checked in the space.

Reflective materials, glazing and large display surfaces influence listening. Reverberation control and speaker distribution are considered alongside furniture and fit-out.

ITACA works alongside architects, interior designers, joiners and electricians through installation, configuration and final fine-tuning, within the scope agreed with the client.

With the visitor journey, architecture and the role of music in the brand. We identify the areas to accompany and any dedicated listening points, then coordinate speakers and content with the display design.

When listening is part of the intended experience. An area with dedicated seating, sources and speakers invites visitors to pause and can complement sound distributed through the rest of the showroom.
